Do it at home! Typical North American tasty sausage recipe, kids and adults love it!

Ingredients

  • 12 units of chicken sausage
  • 1 cup of milk (tea)
  • ¾ cup (tea) of wheat flour
  • 1 cup (tea) corn flour
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 teaspoons of yeast
  • 12 skewer sticks
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 ovo

Preparation Mode

  1. Thread the sausages on toothpicks and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, salt and yeast.
  3. Add the egg and milk.
  4. Mix well to obtain a homogeneous dough.
  5. Place the oil in a frying pan to heat.
  6. Then, pass the reserved ready-made sticks generously into the dough.
  7. Drain a little and place the sticks two at a time to fry.
  8. Fry them enough to brown.

Mom Tips

The dough is fluffy, crispy on the outside and not soaked in oil.

If you prefer, make it with mini sausages or chicken Sassami.

Chicken sassami = chicken breast cut into strips, without skin and bones

Serve with mayonnaise, pepper, ketchup or mustard.
