Mousse is a light, creamy, refreshing and not too sweet dessert. Perfect in both summer and winter!

Ingredients

  • 1 package of diet gelatin, lemon flavor
  • 1 tablespoon powdered gelatin, unflavored
  • 1 glass of low-fat natural yogurt (200 grams)
  • 2 tablespoons of granular sweetener
  • 1 cup of hot water
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • ½ lemon with peel
  • Lemon peel zest
  • 1 cup (tea) of water
  • 1 egg white

Preparation Mode

  1. In a blender, at high speed, add the cold water and half a lemon with the peel and blend.
  2. Sieve, separating the juice from the pomace. Discard the bagasse.
  3. Return the juice to the blender. Book.
  4. Dissolve the unflavored gelatin in 2 tablespoons of warm water and let it hydrate well. Book.
  5. Dissolve the diet gelatin in hot water and stir well. Let it cool.
  6. Add the reserved lemon juice, yogurt, lemon broth, diet gelatin, unflavored gelatin and sweetener to the blender.
  7. Beat on high speed for 2 minutes.
  8. Using a mixer, beat the egg whites.
  9. Remove and gently add to the liquid.
  10. Pour into individual glasses, decorate as desired and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
