Mousse is a light, creamy, refreshing and not too sweet dessert. Perfect in both summer and winter!
Ingredients
- 1 package of diet gelatin, lemon flavor
- 1 tablespoon powdered gelatin, unflavored
- 1 glass of low-fat natural yogurt (200 grams)
- 2 tablespoons of granular sweetener
- 1 cup of hot water
- Juice of 1 lemon
- ½ lemon with peel
- Lemon peel zest
- 1 cup (tea) of water
- 1 egg white
Preparation Mode
- In a blender, at high speed, add the cold water and half a lemon with the peel and blend.
- Sieve, separating the juice from the pomace. Discard the bagasse.
- Return the juice to the blender. Book.
- Dissolve the unflavored gelatin in 2 tablespoons of warm water and let it hydrate well. Book.
- Dissolve the diet gelatin in hot water and stir well. Let it cool.
- Add the reserved lemon juice, yogurt, lemon broth, diet gelatin, unflavored gelatin and sweetener to the blender.
- Beat on high speed for 2 minutes.
- Using a mixer, beat the egg whites.
- Remove and gently add to the liquid.
- Pour into individual glasses, decorate as desired and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
