Shocking video of police throwing a 71-year-old grandfather to the ground and handcuffing him, on a street in the United States.

The Oklahoma Police Department, United States, is investigating an incident in which one of its officers threw an adult over 71 years old to the ground and injured him. The victim’s daughter said that her father was hospitalized and had injuries to his head and neck.

According to CNN, the officer was identified as Joseph Gibson, who attempted to ticket the older adult, named Lich Vu, for a minor traffic accident. “I need you to sign it, it’s not an admission of guilt. “He is signing that he will take care of the fine,” the uniformed man told the attacked citizen.

“I don’t know what you’re talking about,” the 71-year-old responded. Once out of the car, Lich Vu and the policeman exchanged words. “Sir, no, we’re done arguing about that, okay? We will argue in court. We did not argue on the side of the road,” said the agent.

In addition, the uniformed man threatened the citizen, telling him that “if he doesn’t sign this he will go to jail. “I don’t want to take him to prison.” To this, the older adult responded: “I’m ready to go.”

In another security camera in the area, he clearly sees when the uniformed man throws the 71-year-old man to the ground, before the astonished look of his daughter, Teresa Vu, who on social networks shared images of her father being treated at the doctor and with a neck brace. In the official report, Agent Gibson stated that Lich Vu fell to the ground after he grabbed the man’s arm.

Vu’s daughter told CNN that her father is now stable and recovering in a hospital from the injuries caused by the police officer.

Finally, the Oklahoma Police, through a statement, indicated that Joseph Gibson is on administrative leave while the corresponding investigations are carried out.
