Dough Ingredients
- 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- ½ cup margarine
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- 2 eggs
Filling Ingredients
- 1 bunch of broccoli (400 grams)
- 2 cups of grated mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup (tea) cream
- 2 cups (tea) of water
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1 small onion chopped
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1 beaten egg
Filling preparation method
- Clean broccoli by leaving it in bouquets.
- In a pan, brown the onion in margarine.
- Add the broccoli, water and let it cook.
- Add a little more water, if necessary, and let it dry.
- Add the cream, stir and let it cool.
- Add the mozzarella, mix gently and set aside.
Dough Preparation Method
- Preheat the oven to medium temperature (180ºC)
- In a bowl, mix the eggs, margarine, salt and flour until you get a dough.
- Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Remove and use the dough to line the bottom and sides of a 20 cm diameter springform pan.
- Using a fork, pierce the entire dough.
- Brush the entire dough with beaten egg and then spread the filling.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake for approximately 30 minutes.
- Serve hot.
