Mother’s Tips for the 2 Versions

Let the candy cool well so that it is easy to cut.

You can cut the candy into the shape of your choice.

Use fine-grained crystal sugar. This makes the candy more pleasant to the palate and less coarse.

Yield will depend on the shape given to the candy and the cut size.

Wrap each sweet in cellophane and store in a sealed container.
