Ingredients
- 500 grams of ground duckling
- 2 grated onions
- ¼ cup chopped mint
- 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons chopped green chilli
- 2 teaspoons of Syrian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 1 slice of crustless bread
- Salt to taste
Preparation Mode
- Moisten the bread with the milk.
- In a bowl, mix the meat, bread, onion, green chilli, mint, flour, seasoning and salt.
- Mix by kneading well with your hands until it forms a dough.
- Wrap the dough with barbecue sticks until it forms a cylinder shape.
- Bake in a greased pan in a preheated medium oven or on a barbecue.
