Ingredients
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes
- 2 cups of cooked rice
- 2 tablespoons of chopped green chilli
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Preparation Mode
- Clean the tomatoes well and cut a top off each one.
- Remove the seeds.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper inside the fruit.
- In a bowl, mix the rice with the green onion.
- Add the cheese and mix well.
- Stuff the tomatoes with the mixture.
- Drizzle with olive oil and bake at 200ºC for approximately 20 minutes or until the cheese starts to melt.
