A practical recipe for rice with spinach. Tasty and very nutritious for your daily life.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of chopped frozen spinach (350 grams)
  • 3 cups of raw needle rice, washed and drained
  • 6 cups of boiling water
  • 1 cube of vegetable broth
  • 2 cups chopped bacon (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 1 level tablespoon of salt
  • Grated parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Tomatoes (optional)

Preparation Mode

  1. In a pan, over high heat, heat the butter with the oil and sauté the garlic.
  2. Add the spinach and sauté for 3 minutes.
  3. Add the vegetable broth, rice, salt, water and stir until the broth dissolves.
  4. Cover the pan and cook over low heat for approximately 20 minutes.
  5. When the rice is ready, fluff it with a fork and place it on a plate.

Bacon Preparation Mode

  1. In a frying pan, fry the bacon until all the fat is released and golden.
  2. Drain on paper towel.

Mom Tips

You can replace frozen spinach with well-cleaned natural spinach.

The decoration can be with tomatoes and cheese, or with bacon or whatever decoration you prefer.
