A practical recipe for rice with spinach. Tasty and very nutritious for your daily life.
Ingredients
- 1 package of chopped frozen spinach (350 grams)
- 3 cups of raw needle rice, washed and drained
- 6 cups of boiling water
- 1 cube of vegetable broth
- 2 cups chopped bacon (optional)
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 1 level tablespoon of salt
- Grated parmesan cheese (optional)
- Tomatoes (optional)
Preparation Mode
- In a pan, over high heat, heat the butter with the oil and sauté the garlic.
- Add the spinach and sauté for 3 minutes.
- Add the vegetable broth, rice, salt, water and stir until the broth dissolves.
- Cover the pan and cook over low heat for approximately 20 minutes.
- When the rice is ready, fluff it with a fork and place it on a plate.
Bacon Preparation Mode
- In a frying pan, fry the bacon until all the fat is released and golden.
- Drain on paper towel.
Mom Tips
You can replace frozen spinach with well-cleaned natural spinach.
The decoration can be with tomatoes and cheese, or with bacon or whatever decoration you prefer.
