Ingredients

  • 2 packages of crustless bread
  • 2 cans of tuna, grated and drained
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • Chopped green flavor to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Coverage Ingredients

  • 100 grams of cream
  • 2 cups boiled and squeezed potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Preparation mode

  1. Mix the mayonnaise, onion, salt, pepper, tuna, mustard and green chilli.
  2. In a large ovenproof dish, alternate layers of bread and cream.
  3. Mix the still hot potato with the cream, margarine and cheese.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and spread over the cake and smooth with the help of a spatula.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  6. Decorate to taste and serve.

Mom Tips

Approximate yield of 25 servings.

If you prefer, the topping can be just mayonnaise or a mixture of cream, ricotta, pepper and salt to taste.
