- 1 cup mayonnaise

Preparation mode

- Mix the still hot potato with the cream, margarine and cheese.

- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

If you prefer, the topping can be just mayonnaise or a mixture of cream, ricotta, pepper and salt to taste.
