Dough Ingredients

  • 1 kg of wheat flour
  • 60 ml of oil
  • 500 ml of warm milk
  • 50 grams of fresh organic yeast
  • 30 grams of butter
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • 1 ovo

Filling Ingredients

  • 1 kg of ground beef
  • 2 onions cut into small pieces
  • 3 lemons or to taste
  • Salt to taste

Dough Preparation Method

  1. In a bowl, place the yeast, egg, butter and oil.
  2. Using your hands, dissolve everything with the warm milk.
  3. Add the flour little by little until you get a soft dough that doesn’t stick to your hands.
  4. Make balls and place them on a floured surface.
  5. Let it rise for 20 minutes.

Filling preparation method

Mix all the filling ingredients very well.

Assembly

  1. Grease and flour a large baking dish.
  2. Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
