Dough Ingredients

  • 2 and ½ cups (tea) of wheat flour
  • 1 and ½ cups (tea) brown sugar
  • ½ cup (tea) oil
  • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon of chemical baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 small carrot, finely grated
  • 1 cup (tea) of orange juice
  • 50 grams of chopped walnuts
  • 1 ovo

Coverage Ingredients

  • 1 cup (tea) icing sugar
  • 4 tablespoons of orange juice

Preparation Mode

  1. Grease a bread pan with margarine and sprinkle with wheat flour.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  3. In a bowl, mix all the dough ingredients.
  4. Work the dough until it no longer sticks to your hands.
  5. Shape the bread and place it in the pan.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden.
  7. For the topping, mix the ingredients and cover the bread after baking.

Mom Tips

To keep the dough from sticking to your hands, if necessary, you can add a little more wheat flour.

If you prefer, you can use another coverage of your choice.
