Fluffy Cake Recipe with Chocolate Shavings

• 3 eggs
• 1/2 cup of oil
• 1/2 cup cornstarch
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 1 1/2 cup flour
• 1/2 cup of milk
• 1 tablespoon chemical baking powder
  
• Chocolate shavings to taste.

Dough Preparation Method

1. Preheat the oven.
2. Grease and flour the pan. Book.
3. Blend the liquid ingredients first in a blender, then add the dry ingredients.
4. Place part of the dough in the pan and sprinkle some chocolate shavings on top.
5. Add the rest of the dough and a little more chocolate shavings.
6. Bake for about 40 minutes, or until golden.

Ingredients Topping (optional)

• 5 tablespoons of sugar
• 3 tablespoons of chocolate powder
• 3 tablespoons of milk
• 1 tablespoon unsalted margarine

Preparation method Coverage

1. Place all ingredients in a pan and heat over low heat until slightly thickened.
2. Spread over the cake.
3. Decorate the cake as desired.
