- 1 and ½ cup (tea) wheat flour

- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- ½ cup of warm water
- 1 teaspoon of dry yeast
Preparation Mode
- Grease a non-stick frying pan with oil. Remove excess with paper towel. Book.
- Dissolve the yeast in the water. Book.
- In a bowl, mix the flour with the margarine.
- Add the sugar, salt and reserved yeast.
- Mix well until you get a dough that doesn’t stick to your hands.
- If necessary, add a little more flour or, if necessary, a little more water.
- Stretch a portion of the dough in the pan to the desired thickness.
- Cook over low heat, browning on both sides.
- Add the filling, cover the pan and leave until the cheese in the filling melts.
Mom Tips
Yield of 3 pizzas made in a 27 cm diameter frying pan. If you leave the dough thick, the yield will drop to 2 pizzas.
If you prefer, you can also make this pizza in the oven, pre-baking the dough for approximately 10 minutes and then adding the filling and baking for a few more minutes.
