Ingredients

  • 6 fish fillets
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 cup (tea) wheat flour
  • 1 and ½ cup (tea) breadcrumbs
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • Tartar Sauce

Preparation Mode

  1. Season the fish with olive oil, salt, oregano, garlic and lemon and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Dip the fillets in wheat flour, eggs and then breadcrumbs.
  3. Fry in hot oil until golden.
  4. Drain on paper towel.

Mom Tips

Fish: sole or hake can be caught.

Serve with leaf salad and white rice.
