Cappuccino Bonbon
Ingredients
- 500 grams of fractionated milk chocolate
- 2 tablespoons of chocolate powder
- 1 dessert spoon of instant coffee powder
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 100 ml of cream
- ¾ cup of water
- 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
Preparation Mode
- Bring the condensed milk, cream, water, wheat flour, coffee, margarine and chocolate powder to a boil, stirring constantly, until you get a creamy brigadeiro.
- Melt the fractionated chocolate and make the candy shells. See Mother’s Tips below the recipe.
- Spread the cream over the chocolates and cover with melted chocolate.

Cappuccino Truffle
Ingredients
- 300 grams of white chocolate topping
- 300 grams of milk chocolate topping
- 300 grams of cream (With whey)
- 6 tablespoons of cappuccino powder
- 2 tablespoons of glucose syrup
- 500 grams of semisweet topping
Preparation Mode
- Melt the white icing and the milk icing together with the cream.
- Add glucose syrup and cappuccino powder.
- Place in an airtight container and refrigerate for 6 hours.
- Shape the truffles and dip them in the semi-sweet topping.
Mom Tips
Approximate yield of 30 units.
“Creepy” truffles: After bathing, when almost dry, roll the truffles in a large sieve.
