Ingredients
- 500 grams of semi-sweet chocolate
- 2 cups of ground champagne biscuits
- 2 cups of roasted and ground peanuts without skin
- 2 cups of icing sugar
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 2 whites
Preparation Mode
- Reserve o chocolate.
- In a bowl, mix the ingredients, stirring well until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- With small portions, make several balls.
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and, using a fork, coat all the balls.
- Place on baking paper and let dry.
- Pack each sweet in a paper mold.
- Serve.
Mom Tips
If you prefer, you can add a small amount of peanuts to the melted chocolate to coat the sweets.
You can also decorate the chocolates with peanuts.
