A refreshing ice cream option for your wonderful summer!

Ingredients

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 12 mint leaves
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 2 cups of chopped milk chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon of neutral alloy powder
  • 1 dessert spoon of emulsifier

Preparation Mode

  1. In a blender, beat the milk, mint leaves, condensed milk and neutral alloy for 3 minutes.
  2. Place the mixture in the freezer or freezer for 2 hours or until almost get hard.
  3. Remove from the freezer, place in the mixer, add the emulsifier and beat until you obtain a homogeneous and fluffy mixture.
  4. Return to the freezer until almost get hard.
  5. Remove, add the chocolate and mix gently.
  6. Place the mixture in ice cream containers and place in the freezer.

Approximate yield of 2 liters.

Chopped milk chocolate can be replaced with chocolate chips.
