This flaky ice cream was a huge hit here and is second to none from the big ice cream brands. Creamy and delicious!!

Ingredients

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 can of cream
  • 200 grams of melted semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 cup (tea) powdered milk
  • 1 cup (tea) sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of emulsifier
  • 1 tablespoon of neutral alloy powder

Preparation Mode

  1. In the blender, beat the milk, sugar, and neutral alloy for approximately 3 minutes or until the blender glass is full.
  2. Place the mixture in a bowl and place in the freezer for two hours or until almost harden.
  3. After this time, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and set aside.
  4. In a bowl with a capacity of 5 liters, place the condensed milk, powdered milk, emulsifier and cream.
  5. Add the cream from the freezer and, using a mixer, beat for 15 minutes or until the mixture doubles in volume and becomes light and fluffy.
  6. Mixing with a spoon, at the same time, add the melted chocolate in a stream.
  7. Place the mixture in containers suitable for ice cream and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until it hardens.

Mom Tips

Approximate yield of 4 liters.

The powdered milk used is Fortified Ninho.

As it yields a little more than 4 liters, it is not possible to pour the mixture into the mixer bowl because it will overflow.
