This cake is easy to make, economical, moist, soft and full of fiber. Very tasty!
Ingredients
- 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- 1 cup (tea) sugar
- 4 apples
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 1 dessert spoon of cinnamon powder
Preparation mode
- Clean the apples well.
- Prepare a 22 cm diameter round pan by greasing it and spraying it with sugar and cinnamon.
- Peel the apples and place the shells in the blender with the eggs. Book.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Chop the apples into cubes, place in a bowl and mix with ½ cup (tea) of sugar and cinnamon. Book.
- In another bowl, mix the sugar, flour and yeast.
- Turn on the blender, with the reserved mixture and blend until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- Place the mixture in the bowl of dry ingredients and mix well.
- Add the diced apples and mix gently.
- Place the dough in the pan and bake for approximately 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out dry.

Approximate yield of 14 triangular slices.
This recipe does not require milk or oil.
You can use 4 large apples or 5 small ones.
Possible substitutions: wheat flour for wholemeal flour and sugar for brown sugar in the same quantity.
If you prefer, you can add raisins or chopped apricots to the dough.
