Ingredients
- 1 liter of milk
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 can of cream
- 250 grams of seedless raisins
- 1 cup (tea) of rum
- 1 cup (tea) sugar
- 1 cup (tea) powdered milk
- 1 tablespoon of rum essence
- 1 tablespoon of neutral alloy powder
- 1 tablespoon of emulsifier
Preparation Mode
- Soak the raisins in the rum for 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Book.
- In a blender, beat the milk, sugar, neutral alloy and essence for approximately 3 minutes.
- Place the mixture in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and place in the freezer for approximately 2 hours or until almost harden.
- Remove from the freezer, remove the plastic film, place the mixture in a bowl with a capacity of 5 liters.
- Add the cream, condensed milk, powdered milk, emulsifier and, using a mixer, beat for 15 minutes or until light and fluffy.
- Refrigerate again until it almost hardens.
- Drain the raisins, add them to the almost hardened ice cream mixture and mix with a spoon.
- Place in ice cream containers and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
Mom Tips
Yield 4 liters.
