The traditional ground beef pancake cannot be missed on your table! Much appreciated, easy to make and delicious!
Ingredients
- 2 cans of ready-made tomato sauce
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup (tea) wheat flour
- 1 and ½ cup of milk
- 1/3 cup (tea) oil
- ½ teaspoon of yellow mustard
- ½ teaspoon of vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 ovo
Filling Ingredients
- 400 grams of ground beef
- ½ cup pitted black olives (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 chopped onion
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Chopped basil to taste
Pancake Preparation Method
- In a blender, beat the vinegar, egg, mustard and salt until smooth.
- Without stopping beating, pour in the oil in a steady stream, until thick.
- Add the milk and flour and beat until smooth.
- In a greased and heated non-stick frying pan, pour 1 ladle of dough and brown it on both sides.
- Repeat the procedure until the dough is finished.
Filling Preparation Method
- In a pan, melt the butter and sauté the onion and meat for 5 minutes.
- Add the olives, salt, pepper and basil. Turn off and set aside.
Assembling the Pancakes
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Place a portion of filling on each pancake and roll up.
- Place them side by side in an ovenproof dish, cover with tomato sauce and sprinkle them with cheese.
- Bake for approximately 15 minutes.
Mom Tips
Yields 6 servings.
The meat to be used can be chuck, muscle or duckling.
