Ingredients
- 4 thick rump steaks
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 4 tablespoons of cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 2 cans of whey-free cream
- 6 tablespoons mustard
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 cube of vegetable broth
- Worcestershire sauce to taste
Preparation Mode
- Season the meat with salt, pepper and set aside.
- In a pan, heat the butter and dissolve the vegetable broth.
- Add the cream, honey and mustard.
- Wait for it to heat up well, turn it off, add the cottage cheese and check the salt. Book.
- In a frying pan heated with oil, fry the meat with drops of Worcestershire sauce.
