  • 2 flavorless gelatin sachets
  • 4 tablespoons of sweetener powder
  • 4 clear

Syrup ingredients

  • 2 cups of concentrated mango juice
  • ½ cup of sweetener powder

MOUSSE PREPARATION MODE

  1. Put the gelatin in cold water and heat in a water bath until well dissolve.
  2. Beat the egg whites in firm snow, add the sweetener, gelatin, yogurt and mango juice. Mix gently.
  3. Put in the form of your preference moistened with water.
  4. Take to freeze for at least 4 hours.

Syrup preparation

  1. Mix the ingredients and bring to the heat until it boils.
  2. Let cool.
  3. Unmold the mousse and serve with the syrup.
