Mass ingredients

  • 8 cups of wheat flour
  • 2 Tablets of fresh biological ferment
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 can of warm water
  • ½ cup of oil
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 tsp of salt

Filling ingredients

  • 1/3 cup of sugar
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of wheat flour
  • 1 salt whistle
  • 3 BATHERS
  • 2 teaspoons of almond essence

COVERAGE INGREDIENTS

  • 1 spoon (dessert) of instant soluble coffee
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 EXCHANGE
  • 1 tablespoon almond chips

FILLING METHOD

  1. Mix all the ingredients and bring to the fire without stirring until thickened.

  1. Grease a baking dish and set aside.
  2. Reserve the flour.

  4. Transfer the mixture to a bowl.

  6. Knead the dough for 3 minutes and divide it into three parts.
  7. Open each part in a rectangle and spread the filling over each of them.
  8. Wrap them and braid with the 3 pastas.
  9. Put on the baking dish and let stand for 20 minutes.
  10. Mix the coverage ingredients and brush the braid by adorning it with almond chips.
  11. Let it grow for about 2 hours and then bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature.
