Simple, stuffed or even raw kebab is part of Brazilian cuisine and is also a remarkable presence at parties.
Ingredients
- 125 grams of wheat for kebab
- 250 grams of duckling meat twice
- 100 grams of cubed mines cheese
- 2 cups of cold water
- 1 onion
- 1 teaspoon ground bay
- ½ ground chilli
- 1 tablespoon of chopped mint
- ½ tablespoon of salt
- ½ teaspoon of silly nutmeg
- 2 cups of oil
Preparation mode
- Soak the wheat in the water for 10 minutes without fully covering.
- Drain the wheat squeezing well with your hands to get all the water out.
- Pass the onion in the processor.
- In a bowl, place the wheat, onion, the flesh, the bay leaf, the pepper, the mint, the nutmeg and the salt.
- Knead well with your hands until a homogeneous mixture.
- Take a small portion of the dough, stuff with the cheese and close.
- Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the kibes until golden and crispy.
- Remove, drain on paper towels and serve.
