Pudding ingredients

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 2 cans of milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of chocolate powder
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch (cornstarch)

Syrup ingredients

  • 1 cup of sugar
  • ½ cup of water
  • ½ cup of chopped apricots

Syrup and form preparation

  1. In a pan, over medium heat, cook the sugar until melted.
  2. Add water, apricots and cook until golden brown.
  3. Line the bottom and sides of a hole form in the middle of 24 cm in diameter with the syrup and set aside.

Pudding Preparation

  1. Pre warm the oven at medium temperature.
  2. In a blender, beat the ingredients of the dough until smooth.
  3. Put the mixture delicately in the form.
  4. Cover the pan with aluminum foil.
  5. Bake in a water bath for about 50 minutes.
  6. Expect to cool and take to freeze for at least 4 hours before unmolding.

Mother Tips

Use the can of empty condensed milk to measure the amount of milk.

If you prefer, you can do the pudding in a traditional way but also caramelizing the form. The apricot syrup, once cold, can be placed after the unbridled pudding.
