With special syrup, our well -known pudding is exquisite and very tasty!
Pudding ingredients
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 2 cans of milk
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of chocolate powder
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch (cornstarch)
Syrup ingredients
- 1 cup of sugar
- ½ cup of water
- ½ cup of chopped apricots
Syrup and form preparation
- In a pan, over medium heat, cook the sugar until melted.
- Add water, apricots and cook until golden brown.
- Line the bottom and sides of a hole form in the middle of 24 cm in diameter with the syrup and set aside.
Pudding Preparation
- Pre warm the oven at medium temperature.
- In a blender, beat the ingredients of the dough until smooth.
- Put the mixture delicately in the form.
- Cover the pan with aluminum foil.
- Bake in a water bath for about 50 minutes.
- Expect to cool and take to freeze for at least 4 hours before unmolding.

Use the can of empty condensed milk to measure the amount of milk.
If you prefer, you can do the pudding in a traditional way but also caramelizing the form. The apricot syrup, once cold, can be placed after the unbridled pudding.
