Pies or salty cakes will always be a good choice for several moments. Well stuffed, they are too hot!
Ingredients
- 1 packet of peeled bread
- 200 grams of thin sliced salami
- 2 cups of grated mozzarella cheese
- 50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup of creamy curd (200 grams)
- 2 boxes of sour cream
- Almonds in blades for decoration
- Salami slices for decoration
- Mozzarella slices for decoration
Preparation mode
- In a blender, beat the cream and curd.
- Put the mixture in a bowl.
- Add the Parmesan cheese, the grated mozzarella and mix with a spoon.
- Mount the pie on a platter or inside a 22 cm diameter removable rim.
- Intercale layers of bread, cream and salami.
- Press with a spoon.
- Finish with the cream cheese.
- Decorate the sides of the pie with almonds.
- Decorate the pie on top with the mozzarella and salami slices.
- Take to freeze for at least 4 hours.
