Mass preparation way

  1. In a bowl, mix cassava, yolk, butter, flour, cheese, salt and pepper until it coils.
  2. If necessary, add a little more wheat flour. Reserve.

Filling way of preparing

  1. In a nonstick pan, over medium heat, heat the oil and fry the meat until it dries.
  2. Add onion and garlic and fry for another 5 minutes. Turn off the heat.
  3. Add the green smell and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Take small portions of pasta, make balls, open small cavity, stuff and close.
  5. Fry in hot oil gradually so as not to burst.
  6. Drain on paper towels.
