Mass preparation way
- In a bowl, mix cassava, yolk, butter, flour, cheese, salt and pepper until it coils.
- If necessary, add a little more wheat flour. Reserve.
Filling way of preparing
- In a nonstick pan, over medium heat, heat the oil and fry the meat until it dries.
- Add onion and garlic and fry for another 5 minutes. Turn off the heat.
- Add the green smell and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Take small portions of pasta, make balls, open small cavity, stuff and close.
- Fry in hot oil gradually so as not to burst.
- Drain on paper towels.
