Ingredients

- 300 grams of sausages

Preparation mode
- Provide a large and shallow baking dish. No need to grease.
- Preheat the oven at 180 ° C.
- Cut the sausages into three parts and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix the yeast and sugar until a pasty mixture.
- Add milk, egg and salt.
- Mix and add the flour gradually.
- Knead until you get a smooth, soft and lean pasta.

- Cut the dough into 10 cm long strips by 3 cm wide or as you prefer.

Yields approximately 24 rollers.
You can also use mini sausages for the rollers.
