  • 500 grams of ground beef
  • 1 liter of boiling water
  • 4 tablespoons of oil
  • ½ tablespoon of salt
  • 2 crumpled garlic cloves
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • 1 chopped green pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped green smell
  • ½ tablespoon of sweet paprika
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • ½ teaspoon of cumin
  • Chopped green olives
  • Salt to taste
  • Kingdom pepper to taste

Filling way of preparing

  1. Mix the boiling water with the salt.
  2. Place the meat in a bowl, add the mixture of boiling water, drain into a sieve and let cool.
  3. In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the onion, garlic and peppers for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the tomatoes and sauté for another 10 minutes.
  5. Season with the cumin, with paprika, green smell and oregano.
  6. Add the meat, the olives.
  7. Check salt and season with pepper.

Mass preparation way

  1. Preheat the oven at 180 ° C.
  2. Grease a baking sheet with butter and flour.
  3. In a bowl, place the flour, fat, salt and mix until a thick crumbs.
  4. Add the egg and mix quickly.
  5. Gradually add the water and stir just to turn it on.
  6. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
  7. Open the dough with the aid of a roll and cuts 15 cm in diameter.
  8. Put 2 or 3 stuffing spoons on each disc, moisten the edges and close as for pastel.
  9. Once closed, make the “folds” characteristic of the empanadas making folds at the edges of the dough.
  10. Take to bake until golden.
