Merengue in cups is a simple but surprising dessert!
Ingredients
- 1 box of chopped strawberries
- 10 sighs
- 2 clear
- ½ cup icing sugar
- Sighs to decorate
- Strawberries to decorate
Preparation mode
- In the mixer, beat the egg whites, add the sugar and beat for another 5 minutes.
- In bowls, intercale layers of sighs, strawberries, meringue until the ingredients are over.
- Take to freeze for at least 3 hours.
- Remove, decorate with sighs and strawberries. Serve.
