Merengue in cups is a simple but surprising dessert!

Ingredients

  • 1 box of chopped strawberries
  • 10 sighs
  • 2 clear
  • ½ cup icing sugar
  • Sighs to decorate
  • Strawberries to decorate

Preparation mode

  1. In the mixer, beat the egg whites, add the sugar and beat for another 5 minutes.
  2. In bowls, intercale layers of sighs, strawberries, meringue until the ingredients are over.
  3. Take to freeze for at least 3 hours.
  4. Remove, decorate with sighs and strawberries. Serve.

Mother Tips

Approximate yield of 6 portions.

Not recommended change strawberries for another fruit.
