Sauce ingredients

  • 1 mature medium avocado
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 lemons strained broth
  • Pepperoni to taste
  • Salt to taste

Salad Ingredients

  • ½ pack of arugula (optional)
  • 1 pack of ordinary or American lettuce
  • 5 tomatoes cut into four or
  • 10 cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • Black olives (optional)

Preparation mode

  1. On a platter arrange the lettuce leaves, arugula and the tomatoes. Reserve.
  2. In a blender, beat the ingredients of the sauce.
  3. Serve with the salad reserved.

Mother Tips

You have the option not to beat the avocado in a blender, in which case cut it into pieces to put in the salad. Mix the other ingredients of the sauce and serve.

Always season the salads, especially leaves, only when serving. This will prevent the leaves from withered or burn with the action of seasoning.

If you prefer, you may add to the salad, other ingredients such as white cheese cubes, yellow peppers or others of your choice.
