Ingredients

  • 3 glasses of milk
  • 1 glass of cornstarch (cornstarch)
  • 3 tablespoons full of margarine
  • 100 grams of grated cheese
  • 1 box of sour cream
  • Salt to taste

Preparation mode

  1. Dissolve the cornstarch in milk.
  2. In a pan, over low heat, put the mixture of milk with cornstarch, margarine, grated cheese.
  3. Stir well until you get a thick porridge.
  4. Turn off the heat, put the cream and mix well.

Tânia Tips

Measure the milk in a large “curd type” glass.

Measure the cornstarch in a small “jam type” glass.

Reserve in pots after cooling and placed refrigerator.
