Ingredients
- 20 peeled and headless prawns
- 1 cup of wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup of water
- ½ tsp of salt
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- Frying oil
Preparation mode
- Mix the prawns and baking soda.
- Let stand for 30 minutes.
- In a bowl, put the water, flour and mix until smooth.
- Add salt and yeast and mix well.
- Pass the prawns in the dough and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
Sauce ingredients
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 1 teaspoon of tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 and ½ cup of water
- 3 tablespoons white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 and ½ tablespoon cornstarch (cornstarch)
- Salt to taste
Sauce preparation way
- Heat the oil.
- Add the tomato pasta, ketchup and mix well.
- Add the water, soy sauce, vinegar, salt and sugar.
- Dissolve the cornstarch in the remaining water, put in the sauce of the pan.
- Let it cook until thickened. Turn off.
