Ingredients
- 1 can of sour cream
- 1 and ½ cup of powdered milk
- 250 ml of boiling water
- ¾ Cup (tea) of sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 spoon (dessert) of vanilla essence
- 1 and ½ envelope of colorless gelatin
- ½ cup of water to moisturize the gelatin
Flã preparement mode
- Prepare a form of your choice by grease it with oil.
- Remove excess oil with paper towels.
- Moisturize the gelatin in the water and melt in a water bath.
- In a blender, beat the milk powder with boiling water, butter and sugar.
- Add the cream, hydrated gelatin and essence and beat until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the pan and lightly freeze until firm.
- Unmold, decorate with the chocolate syrup and serve.
Chocolate syrup ingredients
- 1 cup (tea) of chocolate powder
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of water
Preparation mode
- Bring all well -mixed ingredients in a pan over low heat.
- After boiling, leave it on fire for about 5 minutes or until it forms a not too thin syrup.
Mother Tips
Approximate yield of 10 portions.
Versatile, you can replace the chocolate syrup with syrup of another flavor.
