Ingredients

  • 1 can of sour cream
  • 1 and ½ cup of powdered milk
  • 250 ml of boiling water
  • ¾ Cup (tea) of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 spoon (dessert) of vanilla essence
  • 1 and ½ envelope of colorless gelatin
  • ½ cup of water to moisturize the gelatin

Flã preparement mode

  1. Prepare a form of your choice by grease it with oil.
  2. Remove excess oil with paper towels.
  3. Moisturize the gelatin in the water and melt in a water bath.
  4. In a blender, beat the milk powder with boiling water, butter and sugar.
  5. Add the cream, hydrated gelatin and essence and beat until smooth.
  6. Pour the mixture into the pan and lightly freeze until firm.
  7. Unmold, decorate with the chocolate syrup and serve.

Chocolate syrup ingredients

  • 1 cup (tea) of chocolate powder
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of water

Preparation mode

  1. Bring all well -mixed ingredients in a pan over low heat.
  2. After boiling, leave it on fire for about 5 minutes or until it forms a not too thin syrup.

Mother Tips

Approximate yield of 10 portions.

Versatile, you can replace the chocolate syrup with syrup of another flavor.
