Ingredients
- 8 Chicken breast fillets
- 2 tablespoons butter
- ½ grated onion
- 1 tablespoon of wheat flour
- 1 cup of dark beer
- 1 cup of frozen peas
- Salt to taste
- Kingdom pepper to taste
Preparation mode
- In boiling salt water, cook the pea for 5 minutes over medium heat.
- Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, over medium heat, fry the chicken fillets in 1 tablespoon butter until golden brown.
- Retire e reserve.
- In the same skillet, with the remaining butter, sauté the onion for 3 minutes.
- Sprinkle with flour, stirring constantly, for about 1 minute.
- Add the beer, pea and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
- Drizzle the fillets with the sauce ready.
