Ingredients

  • 8 Chicken breast fillets
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ½ grated onion
  • 1 tablespoon of wheat flour
  • 1 cup of dark beer
  • 1 cup of frozen peas
  • Salt to taste
  • Kingdom pepper to taste

Preparation mode

  1. In boiling salt water, cook the pea for 5 minutes over medium heat.
  2. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, over medium heat, fry the chicken fillets in 1 tablespoon butter until golden brown.
  4. Retire e reserve.
  5. In the same skillet, with the remaining butter, sauté the onion for 3 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with flour, stirring constantly, for about 1 minute.
  7. Add the beer, pea and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  8. Drizzle the fillets with the sauce ready.
