Ingredients

  • 2 large leeks
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 excited
  • ½ pot of fresh cream
  • Little pieces of bread toasted in butter

Preparation Mode

  1. Clean the garlic.
  2. Cut the garlic into quarters lengthwise and chop it.
  3. Peel and chop the potatoes.
  4. Place everything in a pan and heat with water and salt.
  5. Let it cook until the potatoes and garlic are almost broken down.
  6. Pass through a coarse sieve.
  7. In a small bowl, beat the egg yolks with the cream.
  8. Add a ladle of broth to dissolve well.
  9. Mix into the soup and serve immediately.
  10. Accompany with the toasts.
