Did you get sick of those traditional Easter eggs or those filled with cream sweets? How about a different Easter egg decorated on a stick? Lean, much simpler and easier to do!
Ingredients Eggs
- 500 grams of milk chocolate
- Egg molds
- Big sticks
Decoration Ingredients
- American Pasta
- Gel dyes in desired colors
- Royal icing
- Packaging (optional)
Preparation Mode
- Place the chopped chocolate in the microwave on medium power, stirring every 30 seconds until completely melted.
- Then season it according to the instructions on the package, until it cools.
- Once done, fill the molds with chocolate, insert the toothpick and tap to eliminate possible air bubbles.
- Place the molds in the refrigerator. Remove when you see that the shapes have become opaque.
- Gently unmold the eggs.
- Decorate with royal icing and fondant.
Mom Tips
Molds and sticks can be found in packaging stores or confectionery stores/culinary stores.
Use premium chocolate as these eggs are like chocolate bars. Do not use another type of chocolate because the flavor will leave something to be desired.
There are no limits to your creativity when decorating eggs.
The bunny and bow in the photo were made with fondant and then glued together with melted chocolate.
If you prefer to wrap it, use transparent cellophane paper and tie it with ribbon to form a bow.
Yield will depend on the size of the pan chosen.
