Ingredients
- 1 kg of ribs in pieces
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 3 crushed garlic cloves
- 2 large onions chopped
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 4 large tomatoes, chopped
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- 1 kg of peeled and cut cassava
- Chopped green chili to taste
Preparation Mode
- In a pressure cooker, heat a tablespoon of oil.
- Add the ribs and fry until golden on all sides.
- Add water, close the pan, place over medium heat and cook for approximately 1 hour.
- Turn off, wait for the pressure to release from the pan, open the pan, drain and set aside.
- In a pan, heat the remaining oil, add the garlic, onion and fry until golden.
- Add the tomato paste and fry for 3 minutes.
- Add the chopped tomato and reserved ribs.
- Add water little by little until the ribs are very tender.
- Season with pepper and salt.
- Add the cassava and add more water.
- Leave it on the fire until the cassava cooks.
- Transfer to a platter.
- Sprinkle with green scent and serve.
