Dough Ingredients
- 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- 2 cups of sugar (tea)
- 1 cup of milk (tea)
- 1 cup (tea) chocolate powder
- 4 tablespoons unsalted margarine
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of instant coffee
- 3 eggs
Ingredients Coverage
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon of instant coffee
- 2 tablespoons of chocolate powder
- 1 can of condensed milk
- Chocolate or cocoa powder
Dough Preparation Method
- Grease and flour a 25 cm round pan or any other pan of your choice. Reserve.
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- In a blender, blend all the dough ingredients until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- Place the dough in the pan and bake for approximately 35 minutes.
- Remove and let cool.
Preparation Mode Coverage
- In a pan, add the butter and coffee.
- Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly for about 5 minutes or until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- Add the chocolate powder and condensed milk.
- Let it cook for approximately 15 minutes, stirring constantly until it comes away from the bottom of the pan.
Assembly
- Unmold the cake.
- Spread the frosting all over the cake.
- Dust with chocolate or cocoa powder.
Mom Tips
If you prefer, you can double the recipe, bake the cake in a pan, cut into three parts (assemble as shown in the photo) and fill as desired.
