Ingredients
- 1 box of blackberry flavored gelatin powder
- 1 cup of hot water
- 1 can of whey-free cream
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 2 cans of milk
- 1 tablespoon of neutral alloy powder
- 1 teaspoon of emulsifier
- 2 cups of fresh blackberries
Preparation Mode
- In a blender, beat the gelatin with hot water until it dissolves well.
- Add the cream, condensed milk, milk and neutral alloy powder.
- Beat until you get a very homogeneous mixture.
- Place the mixture in a covered container in the freezer for 2 hours or until it is almost hard.
- Remove, place the mixture in the mixer and add the emulsifier.
- Beat everything at medium speed for 5 minutes or until the mixture doubles in volume.
- Distribute in ice cream pots and place in the freezer until it is almost firm.
- Remove, add the blackberries and mix with a spoon.
- Place in the freezer again until it is very firm.
Mom Tips
Use the empty can of cream or condensed milk to measure the milk.
The emulsifier and neutral alloy powder can be found at candy distributors or culinary confectionery stores.
Approximate yield of 10 servings.
Blackberry Ice Cream (2nd Option)
Ingredients
- 1 can of whey-free cream
- ½ can of condensed milk
- 2 cups of blackberries
- 1 glass of milk
Preparation Mode
- In a blender, blend all ingredients for 5 minutes.
- Place in the freezer in a sealed container until it almost completely hardens.
- Remove, place in the mixer and beat again.
- Repeat items 2 and 3 two more times.
Mom Tips
You need to churn the ice cream several times to make it creamy.
Use a small cup (American) to measure milk and blackberries.
