Ingredients
- 20 slices of crustless bread
- Oil
Filling Ingredients
- 400 grams of sliced mozzarella cheese
- 400 grams of Ham (optional)
- 20 tomato slices
- 1 cup (tea) tomato sauce
- Green or black olives to taste
- Oregano to taste
Preparation Mode
- Lightly grease a large baking dish.
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- Season the tomato slices with salt and set aside.
- Distribute the slices of bread and spread the tomato sauce over them.
- Sprinkle oregano and cover each slice with ham and cheese.
- Distribute a slice of tomato in the center of each slice of bread.
- Decorate with olives.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

The filling can be different, with other ingredients, according to the family’s preference.
Take care not to over-bake.
