Fruit salad is delicious and made with care it is much more appetizing!!

Ingredients

  • 250 grams of strawberries
  • 3 yellow peaches, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 150 grams of fresh raspberries
  • 3 apricots (fruit)
  • ½ melon
  • Watermelon
  • Papaya
  • Uva
  • 1 cup (tea) sugar
  • 1 can of cream
  • Pomegranate berries

Syrup Ingredients

  • 1 cup (tea) sugar
  • 1 heaping tablespoon of red fruit jelly
  • Water

Syrup Preparation Method

  1. In a pan, add sugar and water and bring to a boil.
  2. Let it boil until you get a thin syrup.
  3. Remove from heat, add the jam, mix, let cool and refrigerate.

Preparation Mode

  1. Clean the fruits well.
  2. Cut the apricots into small pieces and place in a bowl.
  3. With the help of a vegetable and fruit scooper, remove small balls from the watermelon, papaya and melon.
  4. Place in the bowl along with the apricots.
  5. Add the strawberries, peach, raspberries and grapes.
  6. Drizzle with cold syrup, mix and refrigerate.
  7. Remove and distribute in individual bowls.
  8. Decorate with pomegranate and mint.
  9. Serve with the cream on the side.
