Preparation mode

  1. In a bowl, put the water and in it, dissolve the yeast.
  2. Add 1 cup of wheat flour, olive oil and salt.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Add 1 more cup of flour and mix until it comes away from the bowl.
  5. Transfer the dough to a smooth surface dusted with flour.
  6. Knead, adding the remaining flour little by little until smooth and elastic.
  7. Form a ball, place in an oiled bowl and cover with plastic wrap.
  8. Book for 40 minutes or until it doubles in volume.
  9. Lower the oven rack and heat the oven to high.
  10. Knead the dough for another minute and open it to form a disc.
  11. Turn the mold over, grease the bottom with oil, sprinkle with flour and place the dough disc on top.
  12. Bake for 8 minutes.
