On his Youtube channel, Philippe Etchebest offers recipes that are easy to reproduce but above all very tasty. After sharing the secrets behind his pesto sauce with us, he returns after the summer break with a recipe that children and adults love: beef lasagna!

But beware, this recipe does not come from the pure Italian tradition. Indeed, the chef acknowledges having “a bit tweaked the recipe” to adapt it to our budget but also to “give it more character”.

Designed for 6 people, this chef’s lasagna recipe is ultra-gourmet and simple to prepare, provided you follow the steps carefully. You’ll need :

  • 1 package of lasagna sheets (or homemade)
  • 100 g of grated cheese

For the crushed tomatoes:

  • 5 tomatoes (beef heart type)
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 sprigs of fresh thyme
  • Sel
  • 3 pinches of chilli powder

For the meat stuffing:

  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 600g ground beef
  • 20 cl fond de boeuf
  • Salt and pepper
