The former juror of the show The Best Bakery in France is directly inspired by specialties from across the Atlantic and shares his secrets for making delicious chocolate strawberries. To do this, the chef covers these small red fruits with a nice tangy taste in melted dark chocolate. This method will allow the strawberries to be coated in a thin, ultra-crunchy chocolate shell. In a video published on YouTube, the latter reveals a first version without any artifice, with just dark chocolate. And in a second, Norbert Tarayre chose to include crushed almonds.
