What could be better than a yogurt cake? A yogurt and lemon cake of course! You surely already have both in your refrigerator. Thanks to our favorite little yellow citrus, the great classic of our grandmothers is modernizing and gives pep at the time of snack. Soft at will, it can be enjoyed alone or as an accompaniment to an iceball or a fruit salad. And don’t forget to keep the yogurt jar to dose your ingredients!
Still starting from the basic recipe (yogurt, flour, oil, egg, yeast) to dose with the pot of a yogurt, you can decline your cake endlessly. Simple tip: use flavored yogurt (fruit, vanilla, lemon) rather than plain yogurt. Be careful, however, to take it into account when dosage sugar since the flavored yogurts are already sweet. You can also add fruit, apples, pears, bananas or even raspberries. Chocolates nuggets will seduce the most gourmet and the addition of nuts or hazelnuts will appeal to lovers of dried fruit (beware of allergies). Treat yourself!
