Ingredients
- 1 package of lasagna noodles, fresh
- 6 artichoke bottoms in strips
- 2 cups chopped tomatoes, skinless and seedless
- 1 cup (tea) butter
- 4 slices of chopped bacon
- 2 tablespoons chopped green chilli
- Drops of pepper sauce to taste
- Ground white pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Preparation mode
- Cook the pasta in boiling water, drain and set aside.
- In a pan, melt the butter, add the bacon, tomatoes, green chillies, artichokes and sauté for approximately 5 minutes.
- Season with pepper sauce, pepper and salt.
- Assemble the lasagna or serve it on individual plates, placing 4 lasagna sheets covered with the artichoke sauce.
- Place in preheated oven at 180ÂşC.
- Serve then.
