Ingredients

  • 1 package of lasagna noodles, fresh
  • 6 artichoke bottoms in strips
  • 2 cups chopped tomatoes, skinless and seedless
  • 1 cup (tea) butter
  • 4 slices of chopped bacon
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green chilli
  • Drops of pepper sauce to taste
  • Ground white pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Preparation mode

  1. Cook the pasta in boiling water, drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, melt the butter, add the bacon, tomatoes, green chillies, artichokes and sauté for approximately 5 minutes.
  3. Season with pepper sauce, pepper and salt.
  4. Assemble the lasagna or serve it on individual plates, placing 4 lasagna sheets covered with the artichoke sauce.
  5. Place in preheated oven at 180ÂşC.
  6. Serve then.

Mom Tips

Yields 6 servings.

If you prefer to assemble the lasagna and put it in the oven, if you prefer, you can add cheese of your choice.
