Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of sanitized arugula
  • 1 cup tomatoes (cut in half)
  • 2 avocados or 1 avocado in strips
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Salt to taste

Preparation Mode

  1. Distribute the lettuce in a salad bowl.
  2. Spread the tomatoes, avocado and drizzle with lemon juice.
  3. Season with oil, pepper and salt.
  4. If you prefer, you can decorate with coriander sprigs.
  5. Serve immediately

Mom Tips

You can replace the arugula with iceberg lettuce or endive. You can use cherry tomatoes.
