  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 cup (tea) sugar
  • Cinnamon powder to taste

Preparation Mode

  1. Grease a large baking dish with butter and set aside.
  2. Chop 4 bananas and set aside.
  3. In a mixer, beat the butter, sugar and egg yolks until creamy.
  4. Alternately add the milk, flour and yeast.
  5. Remove from the mixer, add the chopped bananas and mix.
  6. Lastly, add the egg whites and mix gently.
  7. Pour the dough into the pan.
  8. Distribute the bananas over the dough.
  9. Mix the farofa ingredients and distribute over the bananas.
  10. Bake until it turns brown.
