- 6 tablespoons margarine or butter
- 2 cups of sugar (tea)
- 350 ml of milk
- 4 excited
- 4 egg whites
- 2 tablespoons of baking powder
- Sliced ​​dwarf bananas
Farofa Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 cup (tea) sugar
- Cinnamon powder to taste
Preparation Mode
- Grease a large baking dish with butter and set aside.
- Chop 4 bananas and set aside.
- In a mixer, beat the butter, sugar and egg yolks until creamy.
- Alternately add the milk, flour and yeast.
- Remove from the mixer, add the chopped bananas and mix.
- Lastly, add the egg whites and mix gently.
